As I was preparing for major surgery in 2020 I was advised I should get a walker/rollator and a recliner for a long recovery process. After researching different companies we visited Get Active to shop. I can't say enough good things about the staff and my salesperson. He answered all our questions, was super helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. I was able to try both items in the store and they delivered within a week. I purchased a Golden recliner with remote and a Drive Nitro rollator. Both great recommendations that have served me well. Recently we noticed one of the rollator wheels was not working properly. I called and Thomas ordered the part and scheduled the delivery. Within a few days, Sebastian came out to the house, looked over the rollator, brought the replacement wheel with him and installed it and also checked to see that everything was working well. I was really grateful he could fix it right in my home, which meant not needing to get a loaner walker. Sebastian did an excellent job and was also great to work with -- knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly enjoys his work. (He's a keeper, Get Active!)
