You may never know this place exists in Kettering, but it is wonderful to have it when you need it. Not only did they have an electric adjustable hospital bed, it was in good condition, clean, and they delivered it, set it up, and picked it up, all for a reasonable price. Don’t forget to get the adjustable table on wheels. Both made my recovery much easier.

We had a lift recliner chair that stopped working and went to GetActive to purchase a new chair. GetActive had a big selection of chairs and we found what we wanted. I explained we needed to have the chair delivered as soon as possible because the chair we had stopped working and my wife had trouble getting out of normal chairs. Alan and Sebastian made a special effort to deliver the new chair that afternoon. When they delivered the new chair, they took the time to figure out what was wrong with the 15 year old chair that had stopped working. It turned out the problem was a broken part that had to be ordered. The part was ordered and when it was received Sebastian called to schedule a time to repair our chair. The day of the repair, Sebastian called to let us know when he would be arriving. He arrived on time and repaired the chair for us. He had all the parts he needed to do the repair and was very careful to make sure none of the lubricant he used got on the carpet. Prior to leaving he made sure the chair operated correctly. My Dad's doctor recommended a lift chair as he was coming out of rehab. Took my mother to Get Active and she was pleased to find a chair that met all of his needs and great customer service with attention to detail including set up and operation. Had a recent issue with a disconnected plug. Called for assistance and Sebastian immediately responded reassuring us that we can get assistance when needed. Can't recommend this outstanding business enough. Great place...good people!!
